Purchasing Section Manager

A. Purchasing: 1. Set up a purchasing system for the company with following requirements: (1) Compliance. (2) Science and useful. 2. Build resources to operate the purchasing system effectively. 3. Responsible to develop purchasing section according to the PDCA with a purpose "Total Cost to Company". 4. Search for suppliers and perform analysis, assess capacity, price, service quality, delivery time ... to select reliable partners. 5. Report to the manager directly about progress and results in 1 ~ 4. B. Warehouse: 6. Research and develop warehouse management systems. 7. Implement and arrangement of physical warehouses in a scientific way by optimizing spacing, creating the connection between the physical warehouse and the virtual warehouse for tracking and management. 8. Make the reports to management. 9. Train and educate members in Warehouse Section

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree. 2. Experiences: from 5 of experience in related field. 3. Good communication English are required. 4. Good at MS Office. 5. Soft skills: Problem - solving skill, Logical thinking skill, Negotiation skills. 6. Other requirements: Good time, task management skill and critical thinking skill; being able to work both independently and in team.
