2. Responsible for coordinating activities to quote for spare part and service charge to Customer.
3. Order processing of spare parts and coordinating with outward shipping for importing & delivery to customers. Ensure the import shipment delivery on time.
4. Coordinate with forwarder agent to do procedure on import & export goods as well as checking customs declaration.
5. Monitoring inventory of stock level in Store.
6. Co-ordinating with Finance on billing and following customer’s payment.
7. Other jobs assigned by manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2. At least 03 working years in Customer Service
3. Strong commend in English – written and spoken
4. Excel is a must
5. Experience on import/export is preferable
6. SAP knowledge is plus
7. Ability to work under high pressure and carry out multi-tasks
