Mô Tả Công Việc
• Coordinating with other departments to assess delivery schedules and determine specific approaches for the delivery of regular and emergent cases
• Communication with suppliers, forwards, internal departments to assure timely deliveries
• Clarifies description, components affected, cost estimates, risks, resources and status
• Observes the quality of actual products, inventory conditions and manufacturing changes; reports relevant information and makes any necessary adjustments
• Supplier management and evaluation - including negotiation with suppliers on bids and contracts while considering costs, product volumes, and delivery
• Tracks dispatched tasks and provides feedback to requester
• Works with product change requests from customers, partners or internal staff
• Inventory management –monitoring and managing the inventories to ensure a smooth inventory flow and optimum stock level
• Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives
• Compliance to ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001:2007
• Other tasks assigned by company
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelors degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience required
• 3+ years’ experience in purchasing/sourcing role
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Extreme attention to detail
• Possess strong organization and time management skills
• Handling multiple projects at a time with attention to deadlines and priority setting
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen, quality consciousness and professional integrity
• Thorough knowledge of applicable purchasing/sourcing procedures
• Excellent English skills in speaking & writing
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, team player
• Ability to work under minimal supervision as well as deadline pressure
