1 .Searching for domestics and overseas suppliers

2 Evaluate and monitor supplier performance

3. Work with suppliers and take information from suppliers for ordering and development

4. Enter data into the computer system about materials FDS

5. Transfer information getting from supplier to other relating departments

6. Proceed PR request with supplier

7.Enter purchase order to ERP system

8. Work with the Planning/merchandising / Production department for material arrival date

9. Negotiate prices suppliers , also quantity of the orders, delivery terms, payment terms and other things which are written in the contract.

10. Follow up shipment, debt tracking, document for customs processing

11. Monthly KPI report

12. Meeting with suppliers to settle all issue of orders

13. Arrange suppliers visit, fair visit and vise versa

14. Other duties assigned by Management

Responsibilities:

1. Independently working and proper communication with suppliers in face to face meeting and online meeting

2. For the correct material quotation

3. Working according to the demands of the company management system and LTP culture value

4. Keeping to LTP working rules and securing the company’s confidential information.

1. Bachelor’s degree- preferred in Textile industry, Logistics.

2. Fluent English – speaking, listening and writing

3. Ability to work with MS Office, ERP programs.

4. Knowledge of the sewing production technologies –

5. Experience in FOB garment- at least 3 years

6. High sense of responsibility -Good interpersonal and communication skills

7. Honest, getting along well with all departments
