Mô Tả Công Việc
• Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure precise requirements documentation
• Work closely with F&B Manager and Executive Chef to achieve and maintain the best quality of the goods and ensure that all goods are available when necessary.
• Monitor and forecast volumes, Maintain stock levels and update them with the chefs constantly.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
• Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking
• Assess, manage and mitigate risks
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
• Other assigned ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements
• 3+ years of proven food and beverage management experience
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English. Another language is a plus
• Strong Knowledge of outlet kitchen equipment and renovation
• Strong in Cost saving, Negotiation and sourcing
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Knowledge of F&B / Retail / Fashion is an advantage
