QA & QC Manager (Furniture)

Job Description: Triwin Resources is seeking a highly skilled QA & QC Manager with fluent English proficiency to oversee all technical, quality control, and assurance activities. This role ensures that all orders are processed accurately and delivered on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all technical, quality, and QA operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders, strategically managing and controlling production risks.

• Provide weekly updates to the Board of Directors (BOD) and ensure that projects (development, sample, production) progress on time and effectively to meet lead times under the role.

• Engage in quality control processes, ensuring team compliance with customer standards. Identify issues and implement solutions to ensure product quality and timely shipment.

• Perfectly review PPS with Product Development team and sign off for the production.

• Represent the BOD in communications with customers, proactively addressing quality concerns, ensuring compliance with specifications, and implementing action plans to resolve issues.

• Conduct factory assessments and audits based on Triwin Resources' and customers' standards.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from a university or college.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical engineering, quality control, quality assurance, and factory audits, with a strong background in furniture manufacturing and supply chains.

• Experience with third-party inspection services is preferred.

• Strong understanding of quality standards for US, EU, AU & NZ markets.

Skills & Competencies:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.
