QA - CQ (Customer Quality Engineer)

Major task

• Receive feedback on quality issues from customers

• Participate and capture new project information related to Quality issue

• Plan to carry out cause analysis and countermeasures

• Respond to claim information internally, prepare monthly reports

• Combine with related departments to analyze, thereby providing root causes, actions

• Work with customers on quality costs incurred, such as warranty cost, claim cost, sorting cost,...

Support customers with product-related information

• Make annual reports for each product for Valeo customers

• Some other tasks are assigned from superiors

Other task

• Participate and capture new project information

• Prepare reporting documents

Working time:

• 07:30 - 16:40 from Monday to Saturday, lunch time from 12:00 - 12:30

• Off 2 Saturdays per month

• Education: University ((Major: Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering)

• Experience: 1 years minimum QA - Process Quality position (electronic product, Brush motor DC, Brushless DC (PCB)).

• Strong skills of quality tools including FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Control Plan, Work instruction, 8D report,...).. etc.

• English: Good communication (Speak, write, listen and reading) to communicate with customer (Europe, America, Korea)

• Knowledge/Well trained about ISO 9001/ IATF 16949.

• Experience about quality issue solving: Define, analyis, improve and control.
