- Coordinating and supervising the work of other CS staff (working at customer’s company).
- Monthly Synthesize customer’s product feedback documents and send meeting summary reports.
- Support Responding to customer review meeting.
- Maintain customer relationships, communicate and summarize customer request.
- Have at least 1 year experience in QA-CS position in electronics companies.
- Communicating and writing fluently in English (or Korean is an advantage)
- Good at teamwork skill, communication skills, and can work well under pressure.
- Understanding CS staff's responsibilities, quickly respond to the Customers, creating good relationships with customers.
- Ability to move regularly (from Company to SEV/SEVT)
- Fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, trade union according to Vietnamese labor law
- Professional working process, with the opportunity to study and develop career training through Leadership courses, Personal Management courses, Korean classes.
- Participate in annual mass activities such as: Namuga's Got Talent Contest, Namuga Cup Sports Festival, Namuga Fair, Cooking Competition
