Qa/customer Service Staff (New Factory)

• Mainly take charge of customer service regarding market quality

• Analyze defective parts returned from the market, share information to related department for improvements

• Check market surveys and market claims.

• Conduct market quality actions (re-work, check inventory, customer site check etc.)

• Make technical documents, service manual etc.

• Contribute kaizen ideas about the quality matters.

• Comply with labor safety process and company regulations.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Education: University/College majoring in electricity/electronics or automation.

• Language: Business English.

• At least 01 year of experience in QA/QC position at electric equipment company.

• Communication skills, customer-oriented mindset

• Analytical skills, problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn, carefulness, honesty.

• Can commute by motorbike to work.
