QA Engineer (Medical Product)

The following are just a few of the responsibilities:

• Oversee quality improvement, maintain shop floor activities, keep an eye on and report on team KPIs connected to quality.

• Oversee the conduct and results of internal and external audits, as well as their timely completion.

• Respond to consumer concerns and questions about quality; conduct inquiries; and guarantee that the product complies with the needs of the client.

**Working location: Bac Ninh (Shuttle bus from Hanoi - Bac Ninh)

• Minimum of five years of experience working as a quality engineer or in quality assurance for a multinational manufacturing firm;

• ISO 9001 knowledge and experience are prerequisites; ISO 13845 experience is a bonus.

• Proficiency in machining (with a preference for plating and stamping), tools, die equipment, and fabrication procedures.

• Preferably knowledgeable about QC 7 tools, statistical analysis, 8D disciplines, and 5Why.

• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, oral, and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
