+ Make plan and implement the tasks of QA department following production schedule and export schedule of each customer.
+ Check the significant quality issues, serious defects of sewing lines daily to have in time and accurate response.
+ Work with related departments to improve the quality problem that customers complain.
+ Make SOP for each production operation and proceed SOP training for related departments
+ Follow customer SOP and quality audit. Make CAP to improve the findings on time.
+ Report daily, weekly, monthly to the management board
Yêu cầu công việc
*** Requirements:
+ Bachelor or above.
+ Have knowledge about quality standards and quality control process.
+ Have abilities of creative management, plan making, time controlling, problem solving and customers understanding.
+ Good communication and evaluation skills.
+ Have from 2-year experience of similar position in garment factories.
+ Fluent English.
