QA Manager (Working In Vinh Phuc)

1. Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards

2. Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.

3. Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting department staff to ensure that standards are met.

4.Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.

5.Formulate strategies to increase department productivity and efficiency.

6. Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends of technology. Strong knowledge of the latest quality tools and techniques.

7. Ensure the performance of the department to meet the all KPI requirements

8. Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations

1.Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, science or business.

2. Typically requires minimum 5 years of quality engineering experience including supervision.

3. Technical proficiency must be able to use computers and generate reports.

4.Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.

5.Excellent communication skills.

6.A desire to help others achieve their best.

7.Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics.

8.Knowledge in Electronic Industry will be added advantages.

9.Knowledge in International Acceptance Standard (IPC) will be added advantages.

10.Able to communicate in English, understand Chinese will be a plus
