QA-QC Engineer

We are looking for QA-QC Engineer for Mechanical/Equipment/Piping work’s fabrication and installation progresses according to below requirements:

- Following to all relevant works activities under the scope.

- Attending the weekly meetings with the client and supervision consultant as quality member.

- Attending Factory Inspections according to Project ITP.

- Attending Site Inspections according to Project ITP and Construction Method.

- Following/Attending Material Incoming Control, Laboratories Reports for Incoming control, periodic sample test etc.

- Being in constant coordination with Mechanical/Equipment/Piping subcontractors, following daily site works.

- Following and reporting of nonconformity in the site (preparation of Observation reports and NCR)

- Carrying out the reports, inspections, etc. requested by unit chief, manager.

- Priority who has IWE (international welding engineer) or IWI (international welding inspector) or CSWIP 3.1 /3.2.

- Experienced HDPE Fusion butt welding experience at another project

- Knowledge about HDPE WPS/PQR and welder ID preparation and control.

- Minimum 5 years of experience with relevant works. (Airport experience is preferred)

- Good computer skill. (MS Office, AutoCAD)

- English Language - Upper Intermediate

- Knowledgeable about international standards related to Mechanical/Equipment/Piping works.

- Knowledgeable in quality documentation related to Mechanical/Equipment/Piping works and has experience working with supervision consultants on similar international projects.

- Knowledgeable about steel erections, Firefighting, and welding related to Mechanical/Equipment/Piping works.
