QA Specialist/ QA Lead (Packaging Material In Aseptic Industry)

Remote support to customer QA/QC/Production team regarding quality aspect inquiries, concerns of Packaging Material / or Machine Materials Interactions (MMI)

Be onsite at customer plants for investigation, troubleshooting/problem solving regarding to product spoilage but customers suspect to quality of Packaging Material or MMI issue and want to claim.

Deliver necessary training to customers’ QA/QC/Production/Technical staffs regarding package integrity checks, relevant quality topics, during the installation, commissioning, validation, trials

Coordinate, collect feedbacks from customers for further quality improvements of processes.

Attend the customer meeting together with Sales team and Technical Key Account Manager to discuss about quality related topics.

internal discussion and lead external communication with customers regarding quality related topics.

A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Food Science/ Chemistry/ Microbiology is preferred

Business level in English, native in local language

At least 3 years’ experience in Aseptic Technology (Dairy processing, Fruit juice processing, Microbiology, Package Integrity Testing, Laboratory testing)

Able to deliver the training and consulting service to customer
