**Your Purpose and Strategic Focus:

As QA Supervisor (Fabric, Textile, Yarn, Knit),** you will be responsible for leading and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality materials from our supplier network in Vietnam. Your core mission includes driving fabric development, quality excellence, and sustainability integration across a diverse range of woven, knit, and yarn-based materials. Through your hands-on leadership and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners, you will help ensure that our products meet strict technical specifications while promoting continuous improvement and responsible production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management & Assurance

• Oversee daily quality assurance operations for fabric, knit, yarn, and textile suppliers, ensuring all outputs meet the company’s rigorous standards.

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on quality metrics, non-conformities, and data accuracy across supplier sites.

• Develop and enhance supplier quality control systems, including AQL implementation, root cause analysis, lab testing protocols, and quality audits.

• Support and guide suppliers through internal audits, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and quality certification processes.

• Champion improvements in human responsibility, particularly around production safety, fair labor practices, and environmental compliance.

2. Fabric & Material Development Support

• Manage all stages of new material developments, including fabric innovation, color developments, lab test performance, and production feasibility checks.

• Work closely with internal development and sourcing teams to align fabric specs with end-product requirements.

• Track progress of prototypes, lab dips, and pilot runs in collaboration with factory technicians.

• Identify and mitigate quality risks during the scaling up of new materials from sample stage to bulk production.

3. Pricing & Industrialization Readiness

• Engage in semi-annual price negotiations with vendors to ensure commercial competitiveness across the full material portfolio.

• Assess supplier production capabilities, lead times, and consistency to ensure smooth material flow into production cycles.

• Contribute to product cost optimization strategies without compromising quality or sustainability goals.

4. Sustainability & Ethical Production

• Collaborate with suppliers to implement and strengthen eco-responsible practices in alignment with global sustainability standards.

• Facilitate compliance with certifications such as OEKO-TEX, GRS, and ISO standards wherever applicable.

• Support the rollout of environmental and social impact assessments and encourage the adoption of low-impact materials and processes.

• Actively promote supplier participation in traceability, carbon reduction, and waste minimization initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Material Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control/assurance at the supervisory or managerial level within the textile, knitwear, or yarn manufacturing industries.

• Strong technical knowledge of fabric construction, dyeing, finishing processes, and material performance standards.

• Familiar with quality frameworks, AQL standards, lab test procedures, and regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated experience in vendor management, audit coordination, and cross-functional communication.

• Proficient in English (written and spoken) for daily reporting, documentation, and international coordination.

• Willing to travel frequently from Hanoi to supplier factories across Vietnam.
