QA Supervisor (New Factory)

• Take charge of Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for all materials and parts inspections, based on the production schedule and delivery plan.

• Build the quality inspection system, including procedures, inspection standards, work instructions, check sheets, etc.

• Manage 4M changes and non-conformities; support root cause investigations and follow up on countermeasures.

• Be responsible for supplier performance audits.

• Provide quality training and certification for inspectors.

• Take corrective actions for process-related issues.

• Contribute Kaizen ideas related to quality matters.

• Comply with labor safety procedures and company regulations.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Education: University/College majoring in industrial management, Chemistry engineering.

• Language: Business English.

• At least 03 year of experience in QA/QC position at an electric equipment company.

• Familiar with drawing, electronic/electric products in advance.

• Communication skills, organizational skills.

• Analytical skills, problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn, carefulness, honesty.

• Can commute by motorbike to work.
