Location: Hanoi, Vietnam (with regular travel to vendor factories nationwide)

Reports To: Quality Manager / Regional QA Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Supervisor to oversee quality assurance activities for our outdoor products, including apparel, gear, and hats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment, sportswear, or similar industries, with proven leadership in quality operations. This role requires frequent travel from Hanoi to vendor factories to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, durability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate quality assurance operations across multiple factories/vendors.

Implement and enforce QA protocols to ensure all products meet internal and client-specific standards.

Conduct in-line and final inspections for outdoor gear, headwear, and related items.

Provide hands-on training and coaching to factory QA teams to elevate product quality.

Evaluate vendor performance and collaborate with sourcing/production teams to resolve quality issues.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with global QA objectives.

Prepare detailed QA reports and escalate critical issues with actionable recommendations.

Monitor compliance with technical specifications, lab testing requirements, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with design, development, and merchandising teams to align on product expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in BA, Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA management role (Supervisor/Leader/Manager) in garment, sportswear, outdoor products, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of quality systems, product inspection, and technical specifications.

Experience working with international brands or buyers is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with AQL standards, risk assessment, and vendor quality audits.

Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential for reporting and communication.

Willingness and ability to travel regularly from Hanoi to vendor factories across Vietnam.
