QA Supervisor (Product Compliance)

POSITION SNAPSHOT • Location: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai • Company: Nestlé Viet Nam • Full time A DAY IN THE LIFE … Main Purpose of Job: QA Product Compliance for PHIN & Quality project assignment Key Outputs: • Review/Revise Specification with AG • Setup QMS for PHIN products • Monitor quality analysis results of PHIN products in daily operation • Complaint Handling for PHIN products • Prepare KPI report for PHIN processing line • Ensure monitoring plan to NQAC of PHIN • Be a panelist of factory panels • Training/coaching LT & Line operators in quality controls & quality system • Observation/verification of NGMP/HACCP plan/QMS compliance in production • Contribute/initiate quality improvement Projects for PHIN Processing line • Quality project member follow assignment • Q-pillar member: assist PSC LC to ensure Q methodology & tools are implemented at AWGs • Others assignment based on department arrangement (Project…)/p

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL • Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or equivalent major (in the specific area of competence) • Having at leat 03 years of experience in QA Line control, QA product compliance • Interpersonal skill and excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken) • Leadership skills; having experiences in managing team • Able to work under pressure, set priorities and delegate activities • High team work & co-operative spirit
