Mô Tả Công Việc
- Receive all in-house Physical testing requests from other departments (PD, Prod, HS…), for approve the test.
- Arrange the testing schedule (physical testing and material testing) basing on testing request and sample schedule.
- Perform in-house physical test directly after confirm sample testing requested:
- Physical test for product sample white wood (PD)
- Physical test for material and component (MDF, Plywood, Glue, other )
- Physical test for HW (Hinge, drawer slide, other...)
- Support for drop transit test.
- Do and upload reports on in-house applications system to refer.
- Investigate with relevant departments (PD, QC, BOM…) on failure/issues for corrective action and improvement, suggest the most efficient methods to fix failure products.
- Control all lab equipment/tools and facilities.
- Make sure all in house testing requests must be performed in timely manner.
- Make sure all report after testing need to be updated to on system to related departments.
- Make sure all lab equipment/tool to control and maintain.
- Make sure all product/material testing must be follow protocol and testing process properly.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Knowledge of quality management system is preferable.
- Having experience with furniture standard international (BS, EN, ANSI, SOHO…).
- Knowledge of furniture product and its relevance quality.
- Experience about Furniture Drop-test Testing and Transit Test protocol is preferred.
