QUALITY CONTROL
- Assist in developing quality manuals for QAC function.
- Assist in developing mechanism for day to day quality verification of plant operation (including packing material check, filling process..etc) with respect to technical requirement and legal consideration.
- Consult superior making a decision to solve issues arise on site timely.
- Assist to identify HSE, quality risks and have an appropriate control/corrective action.
- Suggestion idea to improve the quality control system.
QUALITY COMPLAINTS HANDLING
- Internal trouble: Conduct meeting with related parties to investigate root cause, assist in developing mechanism for registration of internal quality complaints. Track closure of complaints. Implement mechanism to avoid recurrence.
- Customer Complaints: Support superior in customer complaint handling and management for the site. Coordinate with area owners for prompt investigation and corrective preventive action.
SUPPORT ISO SYSTEM
- Assist superior for implementation & certification of the site as per the requirement of ISO system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018).
- Prepare for making any changes to the ISO system documents.
- Support to other teams to complete common target of the department.
- Assist for planning/ execution of internal/external audits pertaining to ISO system or Customer audit.
- Collect data and report to superior proper root cause analysis on audit deviations & corrective/preventive action by the area owner & corrective/preventive action for QAC function.
- Assist in making management review reports/ periodic reports.
STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL
- Collect data for quality critical parameters for key identified products/process lines /packaging material line. Use the data for statistical evaluation and take necessary steps to reduce loses due to production inefficiency.
CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Consider to process improvement about HSE, Quality, 5S.etc and save cost.
- Assist in developing ways to improve processes.
- Identify & develop a mechanism to monitor various key performance indicators for the QAC function & report as per stipulated timeline.
- Assist in communicating and implementing the process improvement initiative.
TEAM WORK
- Encourage and motivate team members.
Training/instruction for team members work follow SOP, company regulations.,etc.
Guide team members on departmental issues, resolve escalated conflicts if any.
Work follow requirement of superior.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor of Engineer / Diploma (Mechanical/ Engineering Chemical/, ), or equivalent)
2. Experience:
• Have experience/understanding on the field of Quality control, Production, or Construction.
• Have experience on ISO system is appreciated (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Have experience on environment management
3. Other attributes:
Good English communication is appreciated.
