QAQC Engineer/ Kỹ Sư Chất Lượng (Ưu Tiên Ứng Viên Dưới 1 Năm Kinh Nghiệm)

- Monitor quality targets and handle quality problems daily

- Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and provide countermeasures to solve quality issues

- Monitor implementation progress and effectiveness of countermeasures

- Make customer and supplier claim reports, quality status reports

- Prepare documents, instructions, equipment, and tools related to quality assurance and quality control when producing new model products

- Training on processes, newly issued standards, new model products, and advanced skills for Leader, Foreman

- Setup and improve the quality management system at all stages in the lines

- Set standard operating time targets & and implement improvement/training actions… to achieve the goal

- Make instructions: QI, WIV as required by superiors

- Support Foreman's tasks if needed

- Other tasks as assigned by the Superior.

- Male, have bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Controls/Automotive/...)

- Having experience in a similar position at a Manufacturing Company is a plus

- Can communicate in English

- Fluent in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Having knowledge and experience in related fields is an advantage, e.g. 4M, 5W1H, ISO9001, 14001, 7 QC tools

- Problem-solving and Team working skills

- Able to work under high pressure
