QC Inspector (Manufacturing / Production Line)

Job Description

1. Product Inspection

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products according to company and customer quality standards.

• Measure product dimensions and functions using appropriate tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).

• Record, organize, and maintain inspection data for traceability.

2. Quality Monitoring

• Monitor production quality and promptly report any abnormalities.

• Support the handling of non-conforming products and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall product standards.

3. Documentation & Standards

• Comply with ISO and internal quality management system (QMS) requirements.

• Maintain accurate inspection reports, quality records, and related data.

• Participate in internal audits and support QMS continuous improvement efforts.

4. Communication & Coordination

• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Communicate with customers on quality requirements or feedback when needed.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Collect and analyze quality data to support improvement projects.

• Provide ideas to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

• College degree or above in a technical or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing; fresh graduates with a proactive mindset are welcome.

• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and stability at work.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

• Knowledge of ISO standards is an advantage.

• Proficiency in local and Chinese language.
