Mô Tả Công Việc
- Manage QC team (properly allocate work to employees, train team members, evaluate employees’ performance …)
- In charge of handling issues related to the quality assessment system as per customer standards/requirements
- Coordination with relating sections for checking and find root cause (if any)
- In charge of making QC related reports
- Work with related sections as well as customers.
- Requires in-depth experience in quality control for garments including defect management and complaint resolving.

- Understand of documents concerning orders, email from customer ….
- Understand of all audits on the factory quality assurance system for the garment as per customer’ standard
- Experience in managing staffs
- Skill in communication and working with partners
- Skill in using computer, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ...)
- Communication well in English

Passed candidate can start after Tet holiday. Accommodation allowance will be provided for those who are not Quang Ngai origin.
