QC Manager (Furniture)

The QC Manager oversees supplier quality performance and leads the QC team to ensure all products quality meet customer’s requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality control and monitor product quality throughout production.

• Provide technical support in order to improve factory efficiency and productivity and ensure reliable production quality.

• Ensure company QC procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements are implemented.

• Supervise and provide training to internal/external inspectors; ensure quality requirements are met at supplier facilities.

• Coordinate with internal teams on sampling, testing, and production follow-up.

• Track and report inspection status and supplier quality performance.

• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement with suppliers & foreign customers.

• Lead and develop the QC team.

• Perform tasks assigned by superior.

• Majored in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields preferred.

• 5+ years of QC/QA experience in trading, sourcing, or manufacturing-related environments in Furniture.

• Solid understanding of product inspection, supplier quality management, and production follow-up.

• Hands-on experience with factory technical audits, corrective actions, and quality improvement.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with suppliers.

• Experience leading or mentoring QC/inspection teams.

• Good English skills and proficiency in quality-related documentation.

• Chinese (Mandarin) communication skill will be an advantage.

• Willingness to travel frequently.
