Job description

Quality Control (QC):

- Raw Material Inspection: Conducting quality checks on food ingredients of premix wheat flour

- Finished Product Inspection: Performing quality checks on finished food products including appearance, color, flavor, and chemical characteristics.

- Monitoring Production Processes: Monitoring production processes to ensure that products are manufactured according to safety and quality standards.

Quality Assurance (QA):

- HACCP Development and Maintenance: Developing and maintaining Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) to assess and manage food safety risks.

- Facility Inspections: Ensuring that manufacturing facilities comply with regulations regarding food safety and sanitation

- Establishing Quality Control Procedures: Developing and maintaining procedures and standards to ensure the quality of food products.

- Employee Training: Providing training to employees on food safety issues, sanitation, and quality control procedures.

Recruitment conditions:

1. Male under 30 age

2. Graduated the University with a Food major

3. At least 1-year experience at food company with the same position (QC/QA)

4. English skill (4 skills)

5. Have knowledge of HACCP/FSSC/Halal...

6. Have experience about Registration new products with Vietnam government (Health Ministry/Department)

7. Workplace: VSIP 1

8. Salary 12~14 million depending ability

- Working time

+ For office：8:00～17:00

- Full paid leave:

+ Public holidays：New year, Lunar new year, King Hung’s day, Victory day, May day, National Day (total 11 days)

Staff: 115 days (including Sunday)

+ Annual leave：12～20 days & special leave (Wedding, funeral...)
