QC (Quality Controller)

• Take part in PP meeting with Merchandiser and factory, ensures all the critical points are clear and understood

• Ensure factory is checking fabric at arrival, report to office if any problem

• Check the paper patterns used by factory are the same as the ones sent by head office

• Work with factory to make sure production plans are clear and allow sufficient leadtime to catch inspection date

• Send cutting report to head office

• Check the 1st 10 pcs output, issue a report for head office and make sure the pieces are sent to head office on the same day

• Follow the production daily for quality and measurements, make sure the problems identified are solved

• Reports daily to head office

• Make in line inspection report and send to head office

• Make pre final inspection report and send to head office

• Sourcing new factories punctually

• At least 5 years’ experience as a QC in a CM factory, preferably for ladies’ fashion wear

• Experience in both woven and knit

• Good command in English is a plus (oral and written)

• Strong sense of responsibilities
