QHSE Officer

1. QHSE organization
*** QHSE company goals
- Assist the QHSE Manager to develop, manage and monitor the QHSE performance of the company
- Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure company compliance with statutory requirements, company and contractual requirements and good industry practice
- Report on DEEP C’s QHSE performance to the QHSE Manager and statutory authorities as/when required
- Maintain awareness of evolving QHSE regulations and best practice and how they could be applied to DEEP C’s operations

2. QHSE Tasks
*** Quality
- cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships
- Liaise with different departments, customers and other stakeholders, regarding QHSE matters, ensuring their expectations are met
- Assist in DEEP C's QHSE processes and procedures to ensure the DEEP C entities maintains its accreditations

- Cooperate with the QHSE auditors to acquire/maintain the accreditations
- Assist in the accreditation of new management systems in DEEP C
- Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and assisting implementing improvements

***Health
- Ensure compliance with health related standards and regulations

*** Safety
- Assist in the follow up and monitoring of emergency procedures
- Help to check compliance with all firefighting related standards and regulations
- Help with the development of QHSE training courses using internal and external resources when required (Toolbox trainings, Monthly Safety training, …)

*** Environment
- Help to check the compliance with environmental and waste management related standards and regulations
- Follow up on EIA reports for all IZ
- Follow up on the environmental monitoring for all IZ

3. QHSE Training program
- Assist in the development of a visual SharePoint for QHSE
- Organization Toolbox trainings (very short)
- Organization Monthly Safety trainings

4. Events
- Help in the organization of QHSE events (Tree Plantin Day, Earth Hour, Ocean Clean Up, Safety Day)
