QHSE Officer in The South - Urgent

1. HSE management
• Support Site Manager to ensure safety program is implemented at site/ facility level.
• Conduct safety training, survey for Air Liquide Vietnam, customer and subcontractor in South
• Follow up and manage subsidiary safety action plan
• Record and update Facility managers KPIs.
• Manage/monitor: Incident/accident report, safety reports, training records, safey flash etc. in company wide
2. Risk management
• Participate risk assessment for all projects in South.
• Make list of PRIs and their status and update
3. Quality Management/ ISOs
• Manage ISOs: 9001 & 14001 in south & company wide.
• Manage incident reports in MS
• Obtain and store/file necessary document for ISO 9001/14001 on drive for BN/YP/SHTP
4. Local regulation compliance
• Support South facilities for regulation compliance implementation (fire protection, environment, safety etc.)
• Advise customer for local regulation compliance related with ALV product and service
• Participate Industrial Compliance audit for South facilities.
• Participate regulation compliance watch and monitor action following up
5. Document control
• Prepare assigned GT/GE present in OTC meeting .
• Manage safety folder in SHTP plant/Long Hau station
6. MS (Management System)– IMS (Industrial Management System)
• Participate IMS audit and take action accordingly
• Leading safety training
• Participate some technical audit such as: CnHm safety audit etc.
7. Other tasks upon request
• Crisis management. Site security management
• Facility emergency drill and Others
