QS Chief Electrical Engineer

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for electrical works.

• Review designs, drawings, and subcontractor quotations.

• Manage variations, progress claims, and final accounts.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.

• Lead the QS Electrical team and report on project budgets and progress.

• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety regulations.

• Certificate of university related to Electrical.

• Over 10 years - experience in Cost Estimate, design, supervision for M&E system for factory or building.

• Good negotiating, good communication. Good using for Ms Office, Auto CAD, others specialized software. Design or Supervision Certificate of MEP Works. Fluent English (speaking / writing well).

• Be hard-working.

• Have skill to make design drawing, shop drawing, calculation and make design explanation.

• Have responsibility in works, skills to control safety, quality & progress management.

• Have been worked for Japanese Main Contractor/ have a supervision practice certificate, who will be high in the list of priorities.

• Working at projects to be assigned by superior.
