QS Electrical Engineer

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and budgets for electrical works in commercial fit-out projects.

• Conduct quantity take-offs and evaluate tender documents and quotations.

• Monitor project costs, variations, and prepare cost reports.

• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for cost-effective solutions.

• Review progress payments, manage claims, and support contract reviews.

• Conduct site inspections to verify progress and compliance.

***YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Good negotiating, good communication. Good using for Ms Office, Auto CAD, others specialized software. Design or Supervision Certificate of MEP Works. Fluent English (speaking / writing well).

• Be hard-working.

• Have skill to make design drawing, shop drawing, calculation and make design explanation.

• Have responsibility in works, skills to control safety, quality & progress management.

• Have been worked for Japanese Main Contractor/ have a supervision practice certificate, who will be high in the list of priorities.

• Working at projects to be assigned by superior.
