- Tender: prepare bidding documents, RFQ, evaluation of bidding proposal
- Cost/QS:
+ Quantity take-off
+ Prepare BM/BOQ
+ Issue RFQ and get proposals
+ Monitor progress payment of subcontractors
+ Liquidate subcontracts / close out
+ Review VO/work order
+ Prepare/review value engineering
- Management related to subcontract works:
+ Attend and lead meetings
+ Review claims
+ Prepare letters

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
+ University graduate, prefered Civil Engineering / Construction Economics
+ Minimum 8-10 years in quantity surveying in Civil Engineering, Architect, MEP
+ Be able to prepare/review cost estimation by Norms
+ Experience with foreign company / Main Contractor
+ Good knowledge of FIDIC, international contract, contract forms of Vietnam
+ Well understanding of project procedures / local regulations
+ Fluent use of English (incl. writing)
+ Minimum 8-10 years in quantity surveying in Civil Engineering, Architect, MEP
+ Be able to prepare/review cost estimation by Norms
