QS Engineer Building Works (Kỹ Sư Dự Toán Xây Dựng)

• Make control budget, request for subcontractor approval

• Prepare contract, liquidation with clients and subcontractors

• Prepare payment document for clients

• Check and complete payment document for subcontractors

• Make drawings, BOQ, quantity calculation for tender works

• Prepare handover document for clients

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Economics, or related field.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in QS, cost control, or construction management.

• Solid understanding of construction cost management, contract administration, and tender process.

• Can use AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant software.

• Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
