Qualitative Project Management Executive/Senior Executive

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

Primary responsibility of Project Management Executive/Senior Executive is to work with Research team in coordinating with clients and manage effective execution of research projects.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITY

A. Client Service

• Act as a liaison between the Client and Dandelions on project-related issues under Director’s supervision, ensuring that their needs are being met

• Day to day involvement with client projects, including

• Develop quotation based on client’s request

• Communicate with clients on on-going projects – arrangement, schedule, logistics arrangement, Zoom set-up, status update, project deliverables, costing, contract, invoice etc…

B. Project Management

• Provides support and work closely with Client Service team for thoroughly planning and smoothly executing research projects including

• Collaborate with Client Service team in setting-up research project, following up and monitoring all stages of execution

- Develop and follow up on contracts, invoice and payment for projects to ensure paper works being finished timely

- Coordination with suppliers:

o Set up projects and other logistics to ensure smooth execution of the assigned projects by collaborating with internal & external stakeholders.

o Liaise with fieldwork agency to ensure high quality recruitment of respondents for research projects – develop brief, check database to eliminate professional respodents, following up recruitment progress & controlling quality of the respondents.

o Book, coordinate and follow up with freelancers (including moderators, translators) and services (facility, transportation, technicians) for ensure thorough project set-up

o Develop individual job costs, monitoring efficient operation cost throughout the project under senior’s supervision to control cost and ensure profitability.

C. Administrative tasks

• Follow up, monitor and prepare payment for suppliers including but not limited to FW, freelancers, translators and services (transportation, hotels, facility etc.)

• Work with technician in setting up for client viewing of the discussion for assigned projects

D. Team management (for PM Senior Executive position)

• Manage 1-2 subordinates on daily project execution to ensure research projects conducted flawless

• Set clear standards and efficiently allocate daily workload to ensure deadlines to be met

• Coach & train the subordinates and creates opportunities for them to grow/develop

• Is beginning to demonstrate ability to build a high performing team

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate

• Fluent in English (most our clients are blue chip MNCs or regional/global consulting agencies)

• At least 3-year experience in project management or client service position

• Highly resilient and good ability to work under pressure and cope with changes

• Good organizational, planning & problem-solving skills. Detailed oriented

• Good interpersonal skill. Experienced in coordinating & effectively managing suppliers

• High team work spirit and willing to corporate with team members to achieve common goal and excellent result.

• Good communication skills – clear, succinct & sharp

• For PM Senior Executive: at least 2-year experience in managing people/team (1-2 subordinates)

SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS

• Salary:

o 11,000,000-16,000,000VND gross based on qualifications & experience

o Negotiable for Project Management Senior Executive position (if candidate has extensive and outstanding management experience)
