Quality Associate Manager

• Coordinate internal operations and cross-functional communication, as well as external contacts.

• Manage and develop the quality team through training and performance assessment.

• Conduct supplier evaluations and manage qualification or disqualification processes.

• Compile, maintain, and analyze quality data and reports.

• Handle daily departmental tasks and implement management directives.

• Lead factory-level quality issue investigations and corrective actions.

• Promote the digitalization of inspection and audit processes.

• Improve production quality control and minimize customer complaints and returns.

• Oversee quality control during pilot production.

• Liaise with customers and third-party labs on testing standards and compliance.

• Bachelor's degree or above with good English.

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

* Location: Working at office in district 1, HCMC with some travel to SEA based on business needs

* Language Requirement: Fluent in English & Native Vietnamese (and Mandarin preferred)
