• Close cooperation with Quality Manager to ensure that the company´s corporate quality strategy is implemented
• Follow Trade Point’s quality assurance policies and procedures
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures onsite at suppliers
• Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards on the assigned suppliers
• Ensure that all relevant product and production data is collected and reported to the QC team
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
• Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions at suppliers to ensure continuous improvement of Trade Point quality standards
• In compliance with Trade Point’s and Customer´s specific requirements, ensure sample procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
• Ensure reference samples and 0-production samples are signed and documented with relevant sample report, both for future reference and use of Quality Controller’s during inspection
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues with suppliers to make adjustments and ensure a better quality of items
• Document supplier audits and other quality assurance activities when required
• Help to identify areas for improvement in the quality system of the suppliers
• Evaluate inspection and audit findings at suppliers. Implement appropriate corrective actions. Find root cause and take corrective measures
• Monitor risk with production of items and discuss improvements and follow up by suppliers and TP assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
• Support the quality team within problem solving, supplier dialogue related to samples, deliveries, claims, etc.
• Prepare reports in Qarma and excel to communicate outcomes of quality activities with Quality Manager; Merchandisers and TPDK or TPDE (KAM and Project/Product Coordinators or other relevant colleagues) for a given project.
• Communicate directly by mail and phone with relevant colleagues in Denmark regarding relevant projects.
• Ensure handover of findings to relevant QC, from development of new items, through sample process and 0-production (e.g. JYSK). Handover should be made on first order.
• Support the team in high season with final inspections and urgent shipments

• Great technical understanding and strong knowledge of production, construction, surface treatment, material and package.
• Good communication skills and able to turn complexity into simplicity. Average level in verbal and written English on company level
• Analytical and able to handle data (collect, manage and analyze), and capable of planning and organizing
• Capable of problem solving with suppliers and colleagues in Trade Point Ho Chi Minh and Trade Point Denmark/Germany.
• Have a sound judgement and a proactive approach
• Detail oriented, able to make decision and excellent at keeping the overview and to follow up on deadlines
• Comply with Trade Points values, mission and vision
• Contribute to the team spirit
• Be a skilled user of MS Office and MS Dynamic 365
