Quality Assurance, IT Department, Head Office

Quality Assurance is responsible for implementing application systems to support the bank's business goals while striving for the highest quality. We aim to provide extensive system support by delivering reliable application solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our core banking system.

General Duties:

1) General

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for core banking system components.

• Identify and report defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.

• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand system requirements.

• Document testing processes and maintain comprehensive test documentation.

2) Administrative

• Follow the policies and procedures of the bank, including adherence to testing and quality assurance standards.

3) Policy

• Maintain awareness of banking industry regulations and compliance requirements.

• Ensure adherence to the bank's "Code of Conduct".

4) Management Responsibilities

• Provide management with detailed quality reports regularly.

• Collaborate with the development team to improve the quality of system components.

• Proficiency in Java Spring framework.

• Strong understanding of Java Core.

• Familiarity with Oracle Database 19c, SQL, and JDBC.

• Experience in testing RESTful APIs and SWAGGER documentation.

• Knowledge of UI testing and UI Design/Development.

• Familiarity with UNIX scripting.

• Experience with automated testing tools.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

• Version control experience with SVN/Git.

• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery practices.

• Previous experience as a Quality Assurance, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

• Strong knowledge of core banking systems and their functional requirements.

• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases and scenarios.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.

• A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Ability to learn with an overall course average of good or above for Fresher level.
