• Manage and mobilize QA personnel in a timely manner.

• Request supporting staff, equipment, and facilities to carry out the Quality Management System.

• Recommend and track improvements related to quality, such as inspection methodologies; standards; specifications; manufacturing processes; engineering; measurement techniques and devices.

• Developing and implementing a quality management system.

• Incorporating with other departments/divisions to ensure best efficiency of work.

• Settling peacefully among groups problems arising from defected parts.

• Maintain ISO 9001 certification.

• Ensure compliance of the Quality Management System.

• Lead audits of ISO compliance and the Quality Management System.

• Propose and track improvements to eliminate causes of defects and abnormalities of production.

• Standardize and ensure measuring devices/tools are available, calibrated, and utilized correctly.

• Always supervise and keep the staff highly conscious of environment sanitation and safety at work.

• Co-operate with concerning departments/divisions to optimize capacity, reduce costs, and improve quality management processes.

• Maintain and upgrade the Quality Management System as and when required.

• Design and ensure the implementation of policies and procedures within Manufacturing Engineering department as required by ISO and the Quality Management System.

• Collaborate with other departments/divisions to ensure work efficiency.

• Provide fair scoring or evaluation of performance to all division staff.

• Provide good explanations to division staff of all directions/ instructions from the leadership.

• Arrange and supervise quality control activities before, during and after production.

• Settle disagreements and conflicts among the division personnel.

• Participate in meetings with ideas, constructive arguments to reach optimum solutions.

• Be committed to fulfilling the company’s core values on safety, humanity, sense of innovation and team-work spirit.

• Manage special projects in given time frames as and when required.

• Accept extra assignments by Manufacturing Engineering Director from time to time.

• 7 experiences with mechanical product manufacturers as the same position.

• At least 03 years experience in management level.

• Quality control capability; work arrangement skills.

• Fluent English language skills

• Team-work ability and interest.
