Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Quality training
- Control and follow quality training plan.
- Make, update training material, conduct training and control related teams following the training plan
- Summary training report and make all kind of training request as necessary
- Update and following training history of courses and trainees
* The pass candidate will be worked under coaching of supporter and group leader during 6 months.
2. Suggestion activity
- Make suggestion activity plan.
- Deploy and monitoring progress according to plan.
- Review and confirm registered ideas from employees and make evaluation according to procedure.
- Summary and make result report by monthly, quarterly, yearly.
* Suggestion activity is to encourage employees giving suggestion/ idea to change/ improve job for more better.
* The pass candidate will be trained and take care this job under guiding of supporter under 3 months.
3. Administration job
- Timekeeping for QAT's members.
- Handle affair job from Human resources and General Affair department.
- Make engagement events in quality assurance department and Quality control division.
4. Other assigned jobs by manager if any.

- Female, under 28 years old
- Can speak fluently and confidently in front of at least 20 person.
- Hai Duong resident is preferable
- At least 2 working year in manufacturing company, regarding QC field is preferred
