Quality Assurance Specialist

* Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that garments meet company and customer quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of garment construction, textile materials, and production processes. This role involves inspecting products at various stages of production, identifying defects, and working with production teams to maintain consistent quality.

* Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, in-process garments, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for garment production.

• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to specifications and identify areas for improvement.

• Conduct sample checks and pre-production inspections.

• Document and report quality issues and work with relevant departments to resolve them.

• Maintain records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field.

• 5-10 years’ experience on apparel with Knit/Woven both products.

• Proven experience in garment quality assurance or quality control.

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and finishing techniques.

• Familiarity with international quality standards (e.g., AQL, ISO).

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Experience with quality audits and factory compliance.

• Fluent reading and speaking skills in English are considered a strong advantage.
