Quality Assurance Specialist

JOB MAIN PURPOSE :

The position is designed to ensure the coordination of all activities in Quality management at Bien Hoa Site related to Crop Protection products in order to comply with quality systems & standards such as Global Quality Guideline, Authority Regulation and to fullfil customer requirement. In addition, take responsibility of document management systems: IMS, ISO

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review Production Batch Records and other manufacturing-related documents to verify compliance and record keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities

• Audit quality control of raw materials, packaging components, labels, and finished products to ensure complying with established specifications and regulatory standards

• Maintain quality system to make sure the compliance according to Country Regulation, Bayer standards, ISO 9001, ISO 17025

• Manage Lab room with safety requirements, calibration & maintenance activities, spare parts and chemicals related, including analytic reference standard ordering

• Coordinate & support in quality activities of all material types (RM, PM, FG) such as testing result review, releasing, holding programs related

• Take lead & co-operate in investigating and correcting quality-related issues (both internal & external) through collaborating with other stakeholders

• Proactively discover the improvement area for higher quality & work efficiency

• Implement collaboratively site policies including Operating procedures, Technic procedures, Work permit, MOC.., and key in charge of quality systems and programs to guarantee the proper method of testing, evaluation, inspection, and technical support

• Prepare & participate in all regulation audit, third party and customer audits. By then, give the proper records, inspections, corrective & preventive actions

• Direct the development and qualification of new analytical testing methodologies, and/or improvement of existing test methods to increase laboratory efficiency and analytical reliability

• Hold fair & professional working environment that focusing business objectives while balancing quality factors

• Fluent in English

• Prefer: Certification including: ISO 9001, ISO 17025, Quality auditor, Quality strong statistical background
