Quality Assurance Technician

- Ensure the quality of the responsible processes, coordinate to solve any quality issues that arise, and ensure the production schedule and quality are met.

- Conduct quality checks and monitoring during the winding of wires, active part

- Check incoming materials: verify against QICs tags, compare with drawings

- Inspect the winding process, during/after the finalization of the wire body, and finalize the active part core according to QICs tags, comparing with the drawings

- Check basic parameters

- Make reports on the status and issues detected during inspections, coordinate to resolve NCRs in a timely manner, ensuring quality

- Use technical tools and equipment to check and analyze the condition of the product

- Comply with company safety regulations and those applicable at the assigned stages

- Graduated from a vocational school or college/university majoring in electrical/mechanical engineering

- Able to read and understand drawings, knowledgeable about transformers and electrical systems

- Proficient in using inspection and measurement tools and equipment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic communication in English

- Proficient in using computers for work (MS, Cad,...)
