1. Job Overview
Responsible for management process Quality control to assure stable of production process and products quality. Take care for instruction, specification for Final inspection finish goods.
2. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
2.1. Process Quality control: 40%
Issue, update AQL, work instruction and reaction plan for Final inspector and QC Team leader.
Analysis deviation and confirm decision for on-hold product.
Participate in the Trouble shooting and Quality Problem Solving.
Monitor and control in-process quality issue,
Proceed Process control/ quality patrol audit periodically (make plan, check list, summary result, analyzed, follow up the corrective actions) to reduce the variations in operation against standard documents.
2.2. Quality Report: 10%
Analyze defect data, make daily/ weekly/ monthly report analyze result for defect situation.
Plan, follow up and summary report R&R of Final Inspector
2.3 Quality Assurance: 20%
Join project for release new Process, Product.
Quality review for gates to ensure remove risk before project is hand over to production.
Join FMEA review then design Control plan, QPC.
2.4. Quality Improvement: 30%
Quality involve in Improvement project.
Control the change and validate result (involve 4M change).
Transfer the quality knowledge from project to ongoing production

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Polymer/Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electric & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
English (verbal & written) / Advance
MS Office / Advance; Minitab, Power BI
Experience in ISO 9001 environment
2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
