Quality Control Manager (QC Manager)

For faster development in Vietnam, we are looking for a QC Manager.

Job Description:

• Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.

• Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.

• Monitoring the compliance with raw materials

• Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.

• Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and health and safety guidelines.

• Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.

• Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.

• Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.

• Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors if requested

• Supporting the company in setting up the quality department with all the involved work

• Education & training to develop staff who can create reliable quality

• Resolve and fix problems when problems occur

• Manage QC’s team from 6 – 8 people

• Frequent travel to factories.

• Excellent in English

• Can work under pressure, be patient, and have the ability to solve problems and manage a team of 6-8 employees.

• Knowledge and experience of product inspections (Sample check/inline/final inspection)

• Demonstrate expertise regarding quality assurance (QA and quality control (QC) in interactions with clients and other interested parties; in Product areas as on our website.

• Advantage Knowledge of product areas such as Outdoor Furniture, Wood + Rattan and Steel Range, Small Furniture, Self-Assembly Product

• Experience in project management as well as development processes in European companies.

• Good organizational skills
