KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A – Monitoring and Controlling:

- Monitoring and efficiency of our BOTs,

- Develop, implement, and monitor statistical controls in production.

- Evaluate BOT performance based on efficiency, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

- Monitor Bots development to ensure compliance and meet expectation.

- Develop improve bot flow to make sure that Customer satisfy with our service.

- Review voicebot scripts and dialog flows to ensure they align with the intended user experience.

- Check for consistency, clarity, and logical transitions in conversations.

- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations (e.g., privacy, financial services).

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Assess clarity, friendliness, and effectiveness of voice responses.

B - Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of test cases, test results, and issues encountered.

- Generate regular reports on voicebot performance and quality metrics.

- Collaborate with development teams to address identified issues.

- Stay informed about advancements in voice technology and industry best practices.

- Propose enhancements to voicebot processes, tools, and methodologies.

- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.

C – Other tasks are assigned by Head

- Bachelor's degree in relevant majors

- At least 1 year experience in BOT quality control area

- Proficient in MS Office

- Good at English
