Quality Control Staff (Mechanical Products)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inspection plans for suppliers, including on-site factory visits and evaluations.

• Conduct product inspections (samples and finished goods) to ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Review and verify supplier measurement reports, inspection reports, and other quality documentation.

• Compare actual product results with technical drawings and customer requirements to confirm conformity.

• Prepare detailed inspection reports and provide feedback to both internal teams and suppliers.

• Support in supplier audits and evaluations to ensure capability, process stability, and product quality.

• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues, ensure corrective actions are taken, and monitor improvement progress.

• Work closely with sourcing and engineering teams to align quality standards with customer expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in mechanical products (stamping, extrusion, casting, machining).

• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, measurement methods, and quality standards.

• Experience in supplier audits, factory visits, or inspection planning is an advantage.

• Good communication and reporting skills in English and Vietnamese.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willing to travel to supplier sites across Vietnam.
