Quality Controller in Yen Bai

We are a leading garment Company with head office located in Hong Kong and a representative office in both Indonesia and Vietnam. We work with a unique group of USA based Brands and Vendors that are quality motivated and who put social and environmental impact at the forefront of their business.

Our office is located in Ho Chi Minh at Opera View Building.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed quality control from beginning to end of production in factory.

- Check sample against comments to assure no discrepancy between.

- Sample inspection in factory (Photo, PPS and TOP sample) and forward comments to Merchandising team, Technical support and QA Manager.

- Check size set samples and give comments.

- Chair Pre-Production Meeting with factory to explain client's expectation in this style.

- Conduct inspection in cutting section, Monitor any problem/short cut and forward comments to merchandise team and QA manager.

- Monitor work in progress status form fabric inspection to ex-factory.

- Conduct in-line at the beginning of production.

- Conduct final inspection for each order before shipment release.

- Upload the inspection report to our system upon finish the inspection.

Qualification and Experience:

- Many years’ Experience in Outerwear and garments inspection.

- Fluent in English speak and writing.

- Good PC Skills including MS Words, Excel

- Good attitude, hardworking and able to work under pressure

- Have experience in Sweater
