Quality Department Engineer/ QA

• ISO / Customer Audit

- Conduct internal audits and prepare for customer factory audits

- Follow up on improvement plans based on customer requirements

- Track, update, and submit regular reports to customers

- Control and manage customer-related documents

• Customer Services

- Communicate with customers to address complaints and respond to customer requests

- Coordinate with related departments to investigate root causes and implement countermeasures

- Prepare and submit timely reports to customers

- Follow up on post-response improvement actions; propose improvements for similar projects

- Prepare for on-site customer audits and checklist evaluations

- Execute correlation plans with customers

- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager

Location: Lot C6, Thang Long Industrial Park, Thien Loc Commune, Hanoi City, Vietnam

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Electrical – Electronics, Automation, or related fields

- Good English communication skills

- Logical Thinking

- Proficient in MS Office

- Able to work under pressure
