We are looking for potential candidates who can fill the following function of Quality:
A. Quality Assurance
1. Ensure product quality to meet all necessary requirements
2. Customer interface
3. Manage customer quality issues and customer audit
4. Quality management system setup & quality issue handling
5. Regular meetings and reports with customers
6. Quality KPI management and quality improvement works
7. Qualification for package, facility, machines, etc
8. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
B. Reliability Quality
1. NPI handling as Rel DRI (Direct Responsible Individual) following the customer input
2. Reliability Technology dissemination
3. Reliability Lab Technical setup (document, i.e. spec, WI(Work Instruction))
4. Reliability test condition setup per device-specific requirements
5. Machine buy-off for Reliability test equipment per customer requirements
6. Qualify outsourcing lab suppliers and tool/board suppliers
7. Troubleshooting for the Rel process problem
8. Reliability Lab effectiveness and efficiency control and drive continuous improvement
9. Local Engineer training
C. Management Supplier Quality
1. Quality management system setup & quality issue handling
2. Regular meetings and reporting with customers
3. Quality index management and quality improvement work
4. Incoming process & procedure setup
5. Supplier/Material qualification
6. Training for local ATV employees: Specification, e-Quality system
7. Supplier Audit

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Educational background:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
2. Experiences:
• Quality or supplier quality engineer career for more than 3 years
3. Skills:
• Understanding of Quality Management System and IATF and VDA6.3 requirements
• Experience in quality issue handling (8D report)
• Capable of English communication
• Experience for SMT company (Recommended)
4. Other:
• Proficient in theoretical and statistical knowledge of quality analysis works
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
2. Experiences:
• Quality or supplier quality engineer career for more than 3 years
3. Skills:
• Understanding of Quality Management System and IATF and VDA6.3 requirements
• Experience in quality issue handling (8D report)
• Capable of English communication
• Experience for SMT company (Recommended)
4. Other:
