Quality Engineer - Medical Product

• Manage the implementation of shop floor operations, oversee quality improvement, and monitor and report on team KPIs related to quality.

• Speak to and assist with both internal and external auditors.

• Ensure that the audits are finished within the specified deadlines.

• Address quality-related complaints and queries from customers, carry out investigations, and ensure that the product meets the needs of the customer.

• Other duties as directed by the manager

• Chemical engineering bachelor's degree; minimum of five years' experience working as a quality engineer or in quality assurance for a global manufacturing business;

• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001; familiarity with QC08000 and ISO 13845 is advantageous.

• Proficiency in machining (with a preference for plating and stamping), tools, die equipment, and fabrication procedures.

• Preferably knowledgeable about QC 7 tools, statistical analysis, 8D disciplines, and 5Why.

• Fluent in English.
