Mô tả công việc
At COSO (North Greenfield plant):
1. Build & lead implement Food & quality systems for NGF plant: GMP, ISO 2000, AIB. Support to integrate other management systems such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 by applying consistent template, forms and issuing guidelines for writing policy process.
2. Set up and implement of Pepsico Global Quality Management System such as EMP (Environment Monitoring Program – to control Salmonella in snack Food), Allergen Program, QSHA - Quality System Health Audit…)
3. Co-operate with R&D region team, Procurement to verify suppliers in order to develop new materials, new suppliers via SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance program).
4. Conduct market survey (at distributors & outlet) to understand quality of product out of warehouse and have appropriate action for improving quality of product.
5. Working with Ministry of Health to register product quality, get approval for import ingredients/toys.
6. Working with local government officers to provide required documents or explain if any about food safety & quality Audit.
7. Working with all departments at plan to request required documents and inform preparation plan about food safety & quality Audit.
8. Assign staff to investigate market complaints & liaise with factory – feed-back to sales & help in customer/consumer response based on crisis management guideline.
9. Set up Laboratory: room layout, equip all tools, chemical, machine, test methods for Lab.
10. Lead for sustain/improve quality of product & food safety, generate and lead the implementation of ideas for continual process improvement.
11. Manage & trouble shooting for quality & food safety issues.
12. Building the annual operation plan (AOP) and forecast for QA/QC, R&D such as: headcount, third party, productivity, efficiency, operating expenditure (OPEX), capital expenditure (CAPEX)….
At 2 Co-packer plants:
1. Build & lead implement Food Safety & quality systems for 3 Coopacker plants: GMP, AIB, procedures for quality control.
2. Set up Laboratory: equip all tools, chemicals, machine, test methods for Lab.
3. Set up and implement of Pepsico Global Quality Management System such as EMP (Environment Monitoring Program – to control Salmonella in snack Food), Allergen Program, Lab IPS for Co-man, QSHA - Quality System Health Audit for Co-man, Co-Manufacturing Program…)
4. Build & control budget at Co-packer.
5. Manage & trouble shooting for quality problems.
6. Lead for sustain/improve quality of products & food safety.
R&D
1. Identify & develop packaging formula for all products: responsible for ration packing materials (primary packing, secondary packing, shipping material). Responsible for determine percentage of waste for all ingredients, packing material at Co-packers.
2. Co-operate with Marketing & R&D region team in improving quality for current product/ develop new product projects: OMT samples, research…
3. Lead for conducting trial at Plant for improving quality for current product/ develop new product projects
4. Co-operate with R&D Packaging Region team in improving quality of current packaging/develop new packaging. Lead forarranging packaging trial at plant.
5. Co-operate with R&D SSN Region team in improving quality/productivity for SSN.
Co-operate with Procurement in sourcing new material/new supplier for improving quality for current product/ develop new product projects.
6. Lead for PDM program: to see quality of product in the market vs quality of competitor
7. Work with co-packer for pellet quality improvement
8. Work with local Seasoning (SSN) Flavor House for seeking expectation SSN to apply on pellet product.
Build & Control R&D budget.
1. Build organization capabilityMonitor activity in QA/QC, R&D follow process, system and guideline such as: I2C, GMP, AIB, 5S, ISO, EHS….
2. Set objectives, assess performance & provide feedback to team as Performance Management Process
3. Suggest and provide recognition & discipline to the team
4. Create a motivating and rewarding work environment
5. Monitor staff turnover and provide action plan to solve such problem.
6. Build capabilities for Executives/Supervisors/staffs to perform quality tests for raw materials, in-process control, and finished good analysis via selecting candidates, training, coaching.
7. Conduct food safety training courses to employees (PI and Copacker): GMP, AIB, EMP, and Allergen.
8. Conduct quality training courses to staff (PI & Copacker) QC, Production, PA, Maintenance staffs: Sensory, Weak link & PAE, HACCP…
9. Build capabilities for QC Co-packer Supervisor to perform on quality control for raw materials, in-process control, and finished good via selecting candidates, training, coaching. Advise/support QC 10. Co-packer on requesting/monitoring Co-packer team focus on quality & food safety of product.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduated in Food science.
- At least 5 years of Food Safety & Quality at manager position.
- Had experiences on deploying Food Safety & Quality Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000,
- HACCP and others (experience work with copacker is plus).
- Good English and computer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) skill.
- Good communication, negotiation, analytical, problem solving skills
